Description:

The North Area Family YMCA School Age Department is looking for creative, energetic and self motivated individuals to plan, organize and lead a comprehensive thematic-based enrichment program for children who attend Elementary and/or Middle School.

Activities shall include but are not limited to arts and crafts, music and drama, games, sports and other physical activities, group activities (small and large), science activities and experiments, quiet/homework time, Character development, teambuilding, Kidzlit and educationl skills centers.

Applicants must be atleast 18 years old, have a 4 year degree in Childhood Education and/or a child care related filed and a minimum of two years experience working with children. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is also required. Strong communication and organizational skills are a MUST.

We are looking for 2 FT and 3PT Site Coordinators. Site hours are Monday through Friday from 7-9am and 3-6pm. Benefits are offered for FT and PT positions.
