Job Description:
Function as professional adult role model for children who potentially could have social, emotional and behavioral needs.

Job Responsibilities:
? Provide a safe, home-like environment for children professional standards, skills, and tools;
? Foster a group living atmosphere where children participate in the planning and maintenance of the living environment which may include assigning of age appropriate chores for the home, their rooms, the playground and the Enrichment Center;
? Care for and nurture the children assigned to the home;
? Participate in children?s services by knowing their teachers and counselors;
? Assist with homework as needed;
? Assist with activities of daily living as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED
? Must have 21 years of age and a minimum of one year direct care experience working with children.
? Experience in behavior management and crisis intervention preferred.
? CPR and First Aid.
? Valid TX driver's license required.
? Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
