As District Manager you will provide overall vision, planning, direction and control over 10 units. Must have the ability to make strategic decisions, execute and deliver on those decisions. Will develop business plans to achieve labor cost controls, food cost controls, and other measures to maximize controllable profits. The ability to identify top talent, communicate your vision and develop employees to their full potential will be critical to the success of the company and the success the area.

The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level that can effectively influence the team. They will also exhibit a proven track record of growing the business. In addition, highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills are essential to success in this role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on growing the existing business and developing your managers is a key success measure. We seek a candidate with 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit, multi-site role. P/ L management experience in the childcare, hospitality or service industry is desired.
