Description:1. Review documentation sources from other shifts, (e.g. Staff Communication Log, Shift Notes)2. Log resident location, status, and activity during shift. 3. Plan and coordinate resident daily/weekly activities with Case Manager and Program Director. 4. Assign weekly resident chores, evaluate performance of morning chores. 5. Prepare lunch for residents who are at home. 6. Supervise dispensation and documentation of all residents medication. 7. Monitor residents school attendance and academic performance. 8. Review resident request for supplies and allocate needed supplies. 9. Review and grant/deny resident passes in conjunction with Residential Program Director. 10. Maintain adequate supplies of household petty cash fund; authorize expenditures; allocate residents weekly allowance; reconcile receipts/cash on a weekly basis. 11. Maintain adequate supplies of household groceries, resident hygiene products, household supplies and office supplies. 12. Perform weekly site inspections to assess any maintenance needs; complete work orders, if necessary, and submit to the Residential Program Director. 13. Supervise monthly clothing inventories; submit request for clothing needs. 14. Complete proper documentation for medical or critical incidents, as needed. 15. Conduct weekly house meetings with residents. 16. Ensure compliance with Senate Bill 933. 17. Attend all scheduled staff meetings. 18. Other duties as assigned.
