CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
 High school diploma required
o Completion of 40hrs of phlebotomy didactic training
o Completion of 40hrs of clinical lab training at an approved CLIA lab.
o Certified Phlebotomy Tech Certificate from an approved DHHS agency.
o State of CA Phlebotomy Tech Certification.
 Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desirable.
 Computer literacy required.


CLINICAL LABORATORY SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelors Degree in chemistry or science required. One year of training as a Medical Technologist/CLS in a recognized institution.
 Licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist by the state of California required.
 Three years experience as a Medical Technologist/CLS required.
 Computer literacy required.

CLS, POINT OF CARE COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATIONS
 BS Medical Technology or related field
o Training and licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist by the state of California.
o Valid California Drivers License, reliable transportation and appropriate vehicle insurance required, some travel necessary.
o Current CPR certification required.
 Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
o At least three years experience in laboratory services required, preferably in health care industry or out-patient medical clinics.
o Demonstrated experience with curriculum and competency based assessment development.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Computer literacy required.
